Quiche - Mini

 This delicious mini broccoli quiche  4" in diameter and is perfect for one person hot or cold, with some of our fresh mixed salad from our garden or some home grown vegetables. 

Served hot or cold it makes a delicious brunch, lunch or supper.

We offer a choice of Broccoli & Onion, Roasted Tomato, Leek & Mushroom or Roasted Pepper fillings.

Base ingredients: Pastry - cake flour (wheat), butter (cows milk), eggs, cream (cows milk); for the filling - onions, eggs, natural yoghurt (cows milk), mature cheddar (cows milk), oregano, salt and pepper
