Smoked collar bacon dry cured in our butchery using our own organic pork, following drycuring the bacon has been smoked overnight in our specialist smoker using oak wood chips to give a  subtle smoked flavour

Pack size 200g, number of slices may vary in a pack due to the variation in the size of the animal.
