Lamb - Organic Shoulder

Organic Shoulder of Lamb from our flock of Exlana sheep. Our shoulder of lamb is great slow roasted with lots of fresh rosemary, our home grown organic garlic and some organic red wine, then serve it with a refreshing mint sauce, roast potatoes and all the trimmings.

Exlana is a relatively new breed, bred for naturally shedding their wool.
